Note:
With a free trial site you won't be able to add your own domain (www.yourbusiness.com) to your site, enable Payment Gateways, collect payments or send and receive POP email. All of these features will become available as soon as you begin your paid subscription.

System Limits & Restrictions

Users

The standard package allows one user to be actively working on your online business at any one time. Upgrades are available (see below) if you require more.

POP Email

Each user gets their own mailbox and email hosting (you can setup an unlimited number of aliases for each mailbox). Each email mailbox has a 100Mb disk space limit and a 100Mb attachment limit applies to each message.

Email Notifications

You'll receive email notifications whenever a customer enquires or shops on your website, free of charge. Of course you can manage and customize these to suit your needs via Workflow options.

SMS Notifications

The standard package gives you 20 SMS notifications every month. You can get more by upgrading (see below) or purchasing SMS packs.

Disk Space

500MB is a lot of room for your photos, flash movies and uploaded files. If you need more though, it's always available by either upgrading (see below) or by purchasing space on a per GB basis.

Bandwidth

You get a massive 100GB of bandwidth traffic. In our experience it's unlikely that you will exceed this limit.

Using your own URL

You can use your own URL - that is, you don't need to use the yourname.morganhayes.com address that is assigned to you when you first sign-up (although you can if you want). You have two choices - you can either let us host your DNS (you need to redelegate your domain to us), or you can create an A-Record in your current DNS hosting service. Most businesses opt to use our DNS since it's free. We've got articles that will help you out.
